Regulatory constraints are modelled as part of the assessment. A transformed derivative often has higher realisable value than the raw dataset.

No. Receiving the DataVault report carries no obligation. Some organisations use assessments for internal purposes only.

The report captures conditions at time of assessment. Reassessment is recommended if the dataset changes materially or 12+ months have passed.

The DES is computed by a deterministic formula, not an AI model. Any party with the sub-score inputs can independently reproduce the score.
